Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PlankNRail Queen Creek Decks. By accessing our website at www.queencreekdeckbuilder.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

PlankNRail Queen Creek Decks provides deck design, installation, repair, and maintenance services in Queen Creek, AZ and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All service quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on information provided by you and our initial site assessment. Additional charges may apply if conditions differ from what was originally assessed.

We require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete your project according to the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your project schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of project completion. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be provided to you at the time of installation.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for existing structural issues not disclosed during the initial assessment.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other features not disclosed prior to work beginning.

Our team follows all safety regulations and maintains proper licensing and insurance. You will be provided with copies of our insurance certificates upon request.

Permits and Compliance

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. Permit fees are separate from the project quote and will be outlined in your service agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

PlankNRail Queen Creek Decks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All custom designs, plans, and materials created by PlankNRail Queen Creek Decks remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use these designs for other projects without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
